2008 Recommended Tag

The recommended tag for 2008 is the Aluminum Red Heart (78.0KB).  The National Association of State Public Health Veterinarians and AWOLPet.com recommend the yearly rotation of colors and styles of rabies tags for easier identification of tags being current for a particular year.

Other special order Rabies Tag order forms can be filled out electronically using your computer or they can be filled in and printed out manually. They can be faxed to the number listed on the form or the electronic version can be saved to your desktop and emailed to Nicole McBride at nmcbride@mwivet.com. Don’t forget to include your customer number either on your fax cover sheet or in the subject line of your email along with a contact person and telephone number. 
Stone will not accept or process forms sent to them directly.
